That’s something we truly believe. Life should be fun, full of individuality, and about being unapologetically yourself—no matter what challenges come your way.

Our business is deeply personal to us. We lost our brother on 3rd May 2018 to epilepsy at just 28 years old. Sleeping Sparrows is named in his honour—it was his gamertag, and a piece of him we carry forward every day. He was proudly himself, a true goth at heart, and happiest in Whitby where he felt completely at home.

Both of us live with long-term health conditions, and as parents to children with autism and ADHD, we understand how tough life can be at times. That’s exactly why we choose to celebrate it—to embrace joy, creativity, and self-expression wherever we can.
